Sam Shepherd's Pulitzer Prize winner. For Leicester Curve. A haunting play set in the American MidWest ... but not as we know it. Violent, funny, disturbing.I was asked to play Bradley while performing 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'. Possibly my favourite gig ever. Bradley was twisted as it gets. And only one-and-a-half legs. Who doesn't want to play that guy?
Despite English Rep ostensibly done-and-dusted, this would come as close as I could hope as I rehearsed 'Buried Child' during the day and played the main house at night in 'Cuckoo'.
