A modern, lean adaptation by the young Anya Reiss - and a big hit for
all concerned. Four and five star reviews everywhere. You couldn't get
a ticket for quids. Our Nina was Lily James, who has since starred in 'Downton Abbey' and several Hollywood films. And deservedly so. She's just bloody good. And my second play with the beautiful Olivier-award-winning Matthew Kelly.
But the biggest star was the script. Thank you Mr Chekhov. Thank you Ms Reiss.
